FABRIC TYPE: PATTERN CREPE & CHANTILY LACE

DESIGN DESCRIPTION: This is a two fabric design dress designed to have a chantily lace as the upper part of the dress and a mini flare sleeve pleated inside the armhole. The dress is also design to have the fabric used for the down part as a turtle collar having a velvet bias taped round the collar and the chantily on the tip of the collar.
