RETURNS
The items received must be unused and remain in the same condition as received. It is also necessary product is in original package as received when returning. You will need to send us a mail via info@anubamzfashionhouse.com
Pls note this :
– Your request for return will be processed according to purchase evidence
– Items purchased that are damage or not in the same conditions as received will not be accepted for returns.
– Products must be return within 48hours of receipt within Lagos.
– Products received outside Lagos will be determine by us after accessing the complains.
REFUNDS
This can only be done on a direct price purchase,products on sale cannot be refunded because the price isn’t the actual product price again. Customers are eligible to refund if order delivered are wrong and on point of return the design is out of stock.
EXCHANGES

SHIPPING
Shipping fees are not included on products price,during refund shipping price are non-refundable and cost of return shipping will not be included if the company is at fault in delivery. It is also advised to use a reliable source for delivery as we won’t guarantee the process if it isn’t from the company.
DELIVERY INFORMATION
Products within Lagos will take 4-5 working days after order for ready to wear and 14days for bespoke order. For outside Lagos it takes 4-6 working days. Delivery outside Nigeria takes 4-10days.
